General Information

The ownership data presented in the 2018 Montmorency Plat Book was taken from the county assessment maps at the courthouse. Property is constantly being sold and transferred, so we can't ensure 100% accuracy. Montmorency County Road Commission road map is the information source for state and county roads. The U.S. Geological Survey Map is the source for lakes, streams, and two-track roads. Please report any errors to the Alpena-Montmorency Conservation District.  If you have found any errors, please contact the Alpena-Montmorency Conservation District. The information included in the 2018 Montmorency Plat book is not intended for legal use in sales, trades, and transfers of land, and the conservation district shall not be held liable in that regard.
