Plat Books

2018 Montmorency County Plat Book Available (New books will be out later this year)
A new Alpena County Plat Book will be available in April!

The Montmorency County Plat Book and Land Atlas contains ownership data for property located in Montmorency County. New plat books are printed every 3 to 4 years. The ownership data presented in this book was taken from the county assessment maps at the courthouse. As property is constantly being sold and transferred, it is impossible for us to insure 100% accuracy.

The county and state road locations and names in this book were taken from the road map published by the Montmorency County Road Commission.
The locations of lakes, streams and two-track roads were originally taken from the U.S. Geological Survery Maps and airphotos.

If you find any errors, please contact the Alpena-Montmorency Conservation District. The information is not intended for legal use in sales, trades and transfers of land, and the Conservation District shall not be held liable in that regard.
